A suicide attack on Wednesday on a Revolutionary Guards bus in Southeastern Iran killed at least 20 people, the official news agency IRNA reported. “The suicide attack on an Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps personnel bus happened on the Khash-Zahedan road,” IRNA said. “This terrorist act happened a short time ago and according to reports at least 20 have been martyred and 20 have been wounded,” an informed source told IRNA.

ASUU SUSPENDS STRIKE

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) yesterday announced a conditional suspension of its nationwide strike. The suspension came after a series of meetings between top government officials and members of the ASUU.

The Nigeria economy slipped into recession between April and June 2016. This means the country saw two consecutive quarters of declining growth, which is the usual definition of recession. In other terms, it means that our Gross Domestic Product (GDP) declined in second quarter of 2016, also there was rise in currency inflation and food and other product prices inflation.
